Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations. All sales are final.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging each order. However, if your candle arrives damaged during shipping, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same item.
To request an exchange for a damaged item, please:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
Provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box
- Any packing materials
Photos are required for all damage claims and helps us to process your replacement quickly.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Normal variations in color, fragrance or appearance
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect purchases made by the customer
