If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, you may request or exchange within seven (7) days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Clear photographs of the shipping box and packing materials
Claims submitted without photographs may be denied.
Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
Product Safety
Customers are responsible for following all candle safety instructions provided with their purchase.
Never leave a candle burning unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts.
